Has anyone ever......

Has anyone ever written out an entire new thread,
just to have something go wrong,
and close out of the browser,
before you could post it,
leaving you aggrivated,
and not wanting to do it again,
because it took a while,
and you lost it?

Well.......

I ask this because,
It happened to me,
just now,
and so,
in sadness,
i thought,
some of you,
might simpathize,
with me.

Happened to me at least a dozen times... One of which was a freaking spectacular thread...

Such is life... Stuff happens... nothing we can do about it.

I do understand your frustration though... Just don't hurt your monitor... It's not its fault..

I understand your pain dude. Drives ya crazy! Happy posting. Don't kill the PC. Get some stress balls. If nothing more, of the squeezing of them don't work. They make great projectiles.

So many times buddy! Then after it happened I couldn't be bothered to re-write it so it is now lost to the ages!

I suggested a short term save facility, like you have in your email, in the ATS issues thread but nobody picked up on it. Nothing is ever answered in that thread, but yet if you start a new thread about it a mod closes it down and redirects you to 'ATS issues' or whatever.

That would be a blessing to have on this site. I hope they can do that soon so i can build my threads better.

After it happened a few times I type my posts on a text editor, then copy paste.

I do that now too. Type the thread in word then stick it on the site and just add the video links or pictures in!

Oh yes, this has happened several times. So frustrating. The more complex the thread was, the more frustrated it made me!

I got into the habit if writing out my threads in word first, just in case. That way, if something happens, I can copy and paste it here.
