So much arguing over a simple thing like a dream and a question. And about mental illness yet? I think it's about time to label being overly cranky about the little things, a mental illness.

Do we really know earth's true history? Maybe some of us were dropped off from somewhere else. Everyone's experience is different. Maybe we are all starchildren. Who really knows? The more we think we know, the less we actually do know.

I think the OP is lucky to be able to remember such a dream. My first dream that I can remember was about being locked in a large empty brick building with a large black wolf
I've figured out it was from a children's story - people should be careful of the bedtime stories they should tell their kids, Little Red Riding Hood gave me nightmares........

Yeah I don't think very young children are able to differentiate between "dream and real." If a dream happens to imprint itself on the memory and stay there until a child reaches the development of which he/she can associate it into the consciousness of which he/she will be operating within the normal waking state. Then it is understandable that confusion may arise. This obviously wouldn't happen to an adult or an older child because we learn what a dream is and how to better define reality.

As a fellow Starchild, just a piece of advice: please try not to let cruel people get under your skin. First of all, I don't understand why someone would answer your post if they have no real input, besides that of ridicule and humiliation. I thought the purpose of this site was to be able to share it ALL - no matter how bizarre - without risking rejection.
Anyway, it's very easy to spot someone who "doesn't get it". They will first scoff at you and then throw around medical & psychiatric terms to try and describe your "symptoms". What they should do instead is, if they know NOTHING about Star Children, is NOT JOIN THE DISCUSSION.
Human beings, in general, will waste countless hours arguing over the "existence" of something, when we could be figuring out the finer details.
Lastly, YOU will KNOW. Sounds like you are already on the right track. Just keep asking "them" questions, and when you are ready, they will give you the answers.

Do you remember what you chose? I've always been fascinated by dreams (my own and those of others.) I believe, at the very least, they can be messages from deep within our subconscious, leading us towards our potential.

I too am interested in this portion of your dream. Reading your description of certain dream events has sort of mirrored my own dream events. Like the part where you were in a room covered with "toys" on the wall. I had this experience in a dream except in this room, which had the atmosphere of a wax-museum, was the childhood toys of famous musicians. I saw Kurt Cobain's first electric guitar and even a tricycle that belonged to Jimi Hendrix. I discovered this room after scaling the walls of the grand canyon and found a secret door built in to the rock facade.

I do not claim to be a star-child but from your assessment of the peanut-gallery here at ATS, I think you are absolutely correct about them. They know who they are and you have just pegged them. Thanks for saying what many of us simply think.

You arent alone. I have had similar experiences. I read someone here say something about getting medical help. Well i know i am not crazy, my mom was and a doctor diagnosed this. I can relate to your situation and have always felt i was never belonging to anyone here. I had many same beliefs as you do here, too bad i couldnt have sent you a private message. I was drawn to your article in particular. It was like me finding someone more like how i felt. truely amazing. By the way, I was told at a conference by a few of the top psychics in the world, i was and yes i believe you are too. all of what you say projects this. I know people will say whatever about what they cant understand or grasp, i expect this. Know that you arent alone.

No, I know I am. It is something you just know. I can read thoughts at times of people whom are around me. My story is like this. When i was 5, I was scared one night and lay on my parents bed. I believed something was lurking in the corner of my room. Always a shadowy figure. I couldnt sleep so I stared at my dads clock, then all of a sudden the walls seemed to be coming towards me, it looked like stars shooting through me. I found myself looking at my self on the bed, then i heard a mans voice telling me theres so much out there to look at. I went with him and saw things I did not know were out there in this world. It felt as though i was gone for roughly 2hours. I phased back into my body and when i sank in, I saw the alarm clock and it was exactly the same time. This is the beginning of how things started. strange i know...And what was lurking in the corner of my room? I dont know but now my father tells me he thought he was seeing things when he saw someone standing in the corner of his room recently. I dont see that shadowy figure any longer, now it stays around my dad. And to make matters weirder, my sister told me once she had walked by my room when i was a kid and saw a lighted up graph over my whole body, she believed it was alien in nature. She never told anyone that. As an adult I know this now. She is more free to express these strange things that happend in our house as my dad tells me now too

The short answer:
We are all "star children" and we all have a purpose.
I think it is a good thing that you feel you have something "big" to do here. I hope that you figure out what it is, just dont let the world define for you what that big thing is. Some of the biggest things that people do are barely noticed by men.

Starchild or not .. everyone are importantly egual that have god like potential
but the most important thing on earth to every human being
is to treasure hunt the Holy Grail
