Wow. Legend Australian Bassist James Freud from band "Models" committed suicide today. Extremely sad. A huge loss to the Australian Music community.

Didn't The Models just get inducted into the Aria hall of Fame?
What could torment a soul to the point of suicide?

This is truly sad.
I knew he had a problem with alcohol but to top himself over that seems very strange to me. Maybe he suffered from depression like Paul Hester, who did himself in only 5 years ago.

Words fail me...

Paul Hester - truly shocked by that one. But in reality I suppose there are many people who suicide that are not well known, just your average Joe/Jane. It's just as devasting and shocking regardless of who it is or why they do it.
