Are We in a HAARP "Earthquake War"?

You can watch on google video the Marine's seeing those beams with their night vision in Iraq. I believe HAARP is being used to look under the ground for resources to plunder or for China....to attack.

First of all, thank you for that beautiful picture of the aurora borealis as your first image - where'd you get it? (Seeing as Michigan doesn't get any night skies like that, I wanted to download that image).

Seeing as I have googled HAARP, I can honestly say that Google and Youtube are not the best resources for finding information. Within the first 10 results, everything about HAARP was all "HAARP is evil; we must destroy this machine; HAARP is causing earthquakes all over the world, etc...". What I would consider valid is scholarly journals, because unless all the journals are controlled by the government, they have a scientific process of testing the results. Also, anyone that knows how to make a video can post it on youtube; For example, I could hire a "professional" to make a video about how "The world is going to end in 2012, and here's the TRUE facts based on historical evidence". Based on the topic, I could probably get a few good reviews of the movie too, as long as it agrees with what people think is going on.

Also, I have to question your theory behind some of the earthquakes: Why would they waste this technology (assuming that it can do all you say) on such a Target like Japan, or even Haiti for that matter? I can think of plenty more viable targets, such as suspected areas where Al-Qaeda or other terrorists are working or hiding out.

Finally, there is such a thing as "natural phenomenon": Weather, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, and Volcanoes all are a part of this. Not everything needs to have a man-made cause, regardless of whether Tesla himself came up with a way to do so or not. The Earth itself is changing everyday - and when a tragic event such as the Haitian quake occurs, yes, it was a large quake. Uncommon? No.

I guess my entire point is that we can speculate about what is causing these events until the end of the world itself, but the real truth is that we ourselves will never truly know. This goes for all of us: You, me, any bystanders sitting by and reading our posts, and of course the diehard conspiracy theorist "sitting in their homemade bunker waiting for the end-date.". For all I know, my entire train of thought could be entire bull; I won't know.

As for myself, I'm off to check if any of the journals can verify any of the topics you have mentioned. Seeing as I'm furthering my education, at least I still have access to a couple journal databases and scholarly articles. I'll report back if I find anything of interest for either side of the argument.
