I was going to say tornado. Both must do the same bringing down waves
of air as wind and breezes to knock housed apart.

A long time ago, when India collided with the mainland and created the Himalayan mountains, an energy vortex was blamed as the cause, it was the collapse of the 'gateway' at Mt Meru. Mt Meru was thought to be a 'wormhole' to the land of the Gods and during a war it was destroyed. The release of energy caused the cataclysm and created the mountain range.

There was a great wind and thus a vortex was possible in one of Velikovsky's fables.
Fire and brimstone and bugs and meteorites in bunches of rocks, as seen in places
on Mars and on Earth were deposited during such events.
Yes mountains were formed by global movement and might have shifted India.

ED: It would be fun to see if a fleet of saucers above the low pressure area
to reduce the great pressure drop. The Atmospheric Heating from HARRP
seems to be ineffective and not used at all for this type of weather modification.

I seem to recall that it was some sort of weather phenomenon, and that it was looped in some way..........but I am getting old and I could be mistaken

If looped that would explain some of what I am a seeing. At first it looks like cloud rotation but the longer I watched the more I began to realize that I do not think the outer ring of the cloud is rotating at all. As a matter of fact if it even moves at all it is very very slight.

A very interesting video, but I am at a loss to identify it.

However Tesla never published or made known his death ray unless paid for.
No ions are involved.

The only thing Tesla in that document is the 'bulb' and toss the ring in front.
Only the half sphere aluminum 'bulb' is in one of is patents and such bulbs are mentioned
in his Colorado Springs Notes. Most likely still in them and not ripped out because
people didn't know what to make of them.
The half sphere aluminum 'bulb' or high frequency high voltage focus termination does
send off the Tesla waves he said were longitudinal or sound waves in the inter atomic matter
or ether directly from electrical voltage at the speed of light and eventually become a
mechanical force as he stated he could do circa 1940 that put an end to his announcements
but he was doing it since 1892 at least.

The gulf of Aden watcher alien stuff has been going around since the latter part of 2008. It all started with the Somali Pirate ship hijackings and various nations sending warships to the gulf of Aden to fight the pirates.

I guess some could not believe that this is really happening or could happen and decided to come up with another reason as to why many nations converged on the gulf of Aden area. The meme which they chose is in itself even more unbelievable than the original.
