Nice disclosure.... I hope you realize, if it is true, that TPTB have slipped up and a class action lawsuit should follow. Cmon this is the moment we have all been waiting for.... think of all the evidence of what fluoride and etc crap tptb has been poisoning our environment with. This affects your children as much as you so think about it... a national class action lawsuit is perfect... then we can sue for quality of life... like "my cable is too high , regulate that c blowers"

What did you use to analyze the makeup? Mass spectrometry? High Performance Liquid Chromatography? X-Ray Crystallography? And where are the photos you said you posted in your profile? Same place as your link to nowhere?

The agreement, reached during the ministerial portion of the two-week meeting which included 110 environment ministers, asks governments to ensure that no geoengineering activities take place until risks to the environment and biodiversity and associated social, cultural and economic impacts have been appropriately considered. The CBD secretariat was also instructed to report back on various geoengineering proposals and potential intergovernmental regulatory measures.

I read the article twice, and not once, anywhere in it did I find the word "chemtrail", or anything that even closely hinted at "chemtrails".

The moratorium was basically saying that from now on, any geoengineering that a UN country may propose will have to be decided upon by the UN before they can proceed.
