I am for this as this is akin to printed campaign literature that is banned within a certain distance of polling places that would also mean the banning of all eBay related attire t polling spots in California as well.

That would also be akin that if the former CEO and Chairperson for either The NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS was running for political office all sports memorabilia would also have to be banned.

Others could be having a former executive for an automotive company running and banning all attire with the companie's logo.

It's called "Direct Advertising of an active and current candidate" which is illegal under Federal Election law.
