Wikileaks: See TBIJ, IBC, Guardian, Spiegel, NYT, Le Monde, Al Jazeera, Chan4, SVT, CNN, BBC and mor

TYPICAL! They release it early to the mass left media so they can put their spin on it before anyone can read it for themselves. Seems like what the catholic priest would do with the bible only they could read it to you! I am for freedom of information but don't let the media spin the actual documents LET US READ THEM OURSELVES FIRST MR. ASSANGE He couldn't do that because he wants money to make, this seems greedy and I think he has more of an agenda then just letting out secret information, mark my words blood will be on his own hands. Forget about plucking everyone elses splinter out of their eye when you need to pick a splinter out of your eye first! Get real. I would like these documents to go through MYSELF and then maybe the media can spin it.

Yes, you know what, I had both Iraq and Afghanistan in mind when I wrote that. I stand corrected - am not usually prone to exaggeration. However, I believe that the number of deaths caused directly or indirectly by the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan remain grossly and deliberately understated at this time.

I read different German articles and watched videos on spiegel.de.

Spiegel reports that these documents don't contain everything, it's partly censored and this documents are classified as secret but not as top-secret. All reports from these documents are from smaller rank soldiers. Also information on bigger assaults or war crimes where reports even appeared in media (example massacre of Haditha, torture scandal of Abu Ghuraib) are missing.

But nevertheless these documents are considered as very important, because it contains much details and because the devolopment of the Iraq war can be better reconstructed than before.

Yes I am, I'm not delusional and realise that it is perfectly natural and essential to judge. But then I'm obviously not a god fearing person. Or a disinfo person/agent.

so your god allows you to be completely unaccountable to fellow humans? what a fascinating god. so basically you can do anything you want in the world without worrying about the consequences because only you can decide on what He allows, i.e. you create your own moral law based on what you think your god sees as good/bad, regardless of what your fellows humans think/feel/experience. interesting concept. you could justify almost anything with that, like invading a country that has nothing to do with you and doesn't need invading and killing tens of thousands of innocent people and torturing POW.....

I have already replied to you showing you that your assessment of the Reston5 thing being a hoax/money spinner was wrong and completely unfounded yet you continue put forward views based on the contrary. This amounts to ignorance, you have been given the correct information but you continue to troll your money spinning/hoax theory. If I'm not mistaken that goes against what this entire website is all about. Does your patriotism make you have a hard time with the wikileaks subject? It sure seems to.

If assange cared so much for YOU and his wikileaks followers, HE would not of kept the INSURANCE files as his CAVIER you know the good stuff and gave us the DOG FOOD. Rehashed information we already know. Your not enlightened anymore now then you were yesterday of these wiki leaks the end all be all of your knowledge IMO.

I don't see any "spin" in this report, it seems to objective and damning evidence of US and coalition war crimes.

(Also, it's getting confusing now that there are around five wikileaks threads going, all about the same thing. Can they be amalgamated?)
