Whats with the two unnopenable forums?

I went into the forum section, debating on posting a new thread, and I came across two threads, that are unnopenable.
One of which being labeled "Really Above Top Secret".
And the other, not actually having a name, just a folder, with a picture of an old dude on it.

It may be for moderators or whatever, I just wasnt to sure what it was about.

To be able to access the Really Above Top Secret forum one must be at least a Bronze Level Contributer. The other one is the Alternative Substances Conspiracies forum, which is accessible, just not labeled for whatever reason.

How does one aquire the bronze thing???
Ive only seen a couple of people on here with the bronze things under their names

I used to have one then it disappeared.

I don't think they do it on here anymore.

Sorry, made a mistake. In order to get into RATS you must use your points. It costs 500 points to get a months access. If you are unsure how to access the store, here is a link.

As has been said, "Really Above Top Secret" costs points in the ATS Store.

It's not worth it though. Not that there's really anything else to spend the points on, but there's nothing all that good in there.

As for why there is no title for the Alternative Substances forum, it's intentional. There was a lot of back and forth about creating a forum for the discussion of drugs for a long time. The staff finally made the forum, but left it untitled intentionally as a statement to the sensitive nature of the subject. The forum is heavily moderated and could at any time be taken away if too many members violate the rules of the forum.

You can still access it by scrolling over it and clicking either the folder or "Posts".

He spammed his 20 posts to do the U2U thing, and then was banned. He put the exact same post in several threads, including the Juan Williams thread, which some brightstar gave him a star for, in all their fascination with his insight.

I wonder what that U2U said? Was it what got him banned? Or did the staff notice it and stop him from making his U2U's to someone else?

there's a image of the 'bronze contributer'...but i don't think it can be used, its awarded

there's a 3rd one....its the dead end box, the trash can, where threads are disposed of...
now that's the one to access

and you will find the rare dope forum on the first page every so often,
it has the thin, greyish lettering, instead of the bolder and colorful come-on type
of the regular threads.
low key, low profile, like its being whispered instead of the regular announcing as loud, vocal debate

I couldnt disagree more, RATS has some of the best stuff in its archives and really great CT, WELL worth the pay.

What happened to The Agency thread? Is it a confirmed hoax?
