Not meaning to cause offence, but because I don't believe in all of this it doesn't really affect me, posts like this are really pathetic. If you are religious fine, you go enjoy your Faith, if you believe that you are going to heaven for eternity simply because you believe in the Bible and all it's inconsistencies and contradictions, great Knock yourselves out. I choose not to believe any of it, and if I'm wrong, then I'm wrong, I'll find out when Satan bums me for enternity, why do God botherers like yourself, continually worry about non-believers eternal souls, they are our souls to worry about not yours, stop ramming this crap down other peoples throats :-)

Your god of the bible, was more like an advanced alien, he was not the Prime Creator. Phillip K. Dick was right, about a demented god rules this world. THE CREATOR doesn't get angry, that would imply that he has an ego. He/she is far too advanced to have an ego. Unfortunately, your bible and most scriptures were written by many men. The Messiah is indeed Yahushua the Christ, read the books written A LONG LONG time before He ever came. They are very specific.

I'd like to make a clarification on Satan working towards peace on earth so that you can all come to an accurate knowledge of Truth.

The Spiritual War is the "Sons of Light against the Sons of Darkness" ie. the Holy Angels versus the Fallen Angels. The Holy Angels fight to bring forth Yahweh's prophecies. The Fallen Angels fight to thwart them. Why? Because Yahweh told Satan that if he could win the war then he could basically do as he pleased and what he wanted all along was to be a god in his own right with people who worship him. So this is WHY Satan is trying to maintain peace under his ruler-ship here on earth - so that Yahweh's prophecies will not come to pass - which include a Rapture of the remnant and Armageddon.

Only problem is, it will not work. Too bad for him.

The peace that Satan wants, is one of bondage because he would simply force people not to commit crimes or he would kill them. If nations started wars with one another, he would deal harshly with an entire nation that started the conflict. So yes, the truth is, Satan wants peace and harmony, but Yahweh will not permit it under his rule. When Yahweh displayed that twirling sword outside the entrance to the Garden of Eden long ago, it was a sign there would be no peace outside His Throne of Authority.

This is why bad things happen to people here in the visible plane, and that rape and murders are not interfered with. It is punishment being meted out against a world that turned against Him. Unfortunately, sometimes His own children become victims of this policy, but they are reanimated on the other side, nurtured and given the opportunity to join the war effort.

The Spiritual War also encompasses mankind. This is why Yahweh does not aid or abet Satan's side in this war. To do so would be to become a traitor to His own Throne and His children. And in a war, what do you do? You attack and inflict injury and death on your enemies. This is why Yahweh causes tribulation and brings disaster to those on this planet. He is at war with mankind every bit as much as He is at war with Satan and his spiritual brood of children. He does not Promise to save all of mankind. There is only a remnant salvageable. The rest are slated to be destroyed. But if Yahweh was to show mercy to the rest of rebel mankind that do not seek Him in truth, He would be a traitor to all of us. We are in the trenches in the middle of this war zone, and He is our air and sea support, with invisible experience warrior troops backing our every move.

So when you pray, don't pray for peace on earth. Instead, pray that His Will be done. Because peace is not on the agenda until the final push and invasion takes place that will crush all of these present day kingdoms and destroy all of these rebels left on this planet. Praying for present day peace could mark any of you as traitors to His throne. Just words of advice.

Glenn Beck says mankind/man is so flawed that God would never let a man in on what Hes going to do say about anything. So its offical you are out of a job! Poor Glenn does get in over his head and his words are like gas escaping from his underwater pie hole.

Sir, you are so very misguided. While I commend you on your dedication to God. Please understand that God didn't give us any prophecy or directions through some text written by a few men. Those men who wrote the text had their own agenda. If the Almighty wanted to give us a message he would have done it much better than giving some very few people His words. If you believe in God and that He is all powerful how can you believe He just gave His message to a select few.

These words written, and those like you who have manipulated them to fit whatever you want them to, in most cases the words are meant to condemn the human race and make us feel guilty. I feel sorry for you. We were given a gift of life to make the most of it, Not to insult, condemn and crucify others.

I just don't get the mindset represented by the OP. I'm working hard to shed the antiquated idea of a Patriarchal, punishing God - I imagine it's offensive to the Creator.

Apocalyptic, End-of-Days thinking is utterly without hope in my opinion. I thought the essence of religion is faith? You can't force or scare someone into believing anything. I mean if they change their ways based on fear instead of faith, is it really authentic? Do you think God is that stupid? This is why "Evangelical" anything makes me recoil - from wing-nuts shouting on the street corner, to people knocking on my door, to people going on "mission trips" to exotic locales while their own neighbors and communities suffer. Fake, fake, fake, fake.

All I need to say: the fuel of religion is fear

And if and should there be a god he would not strike fear into people in ANY way..

My conclusion.. All relegions are scams, and those that tell you anything else are affraid they dont go to heaven.
