Alert! France to run out of fuel in days as strikes escalate

PARIS – French authorities forced strike-shuttered fuel depots to reopen to ensure gasoline supplies, and the interior minister threatened Wednesday to send in paramilitary police to stop rioting on the fringes of protests against raising the retirement age to 62. Youths wearing hoods and scarves on their faces rampaged through the Paris suburb of Nanterre, breaking shop windows and hurling stones at riot police. The town has seen clashes in recent days centered on a high school that joined the protests.

Ahhhh I love when Europeans bring out the dusty old McDonalds jokes, It's like there under the impression that every American eats every meal at a fast food joint. Does it offend me? certainly not. Do I find it tiring? absolutly yes. Its funny because it's the English kids who work at the camps who are constantly at McDonalds raving about not having to pay for condiments. I just dont understand it that would be like me saying all Brits only eat fish and chips, But having been to London and Kent on numerous occasions I know that's simply not true. But then again I'm an overweight and uneducated American with no culture what so ever so I must be wrong. Quick question why do the English dislike Americans we like you,we're literally brothers lol. Please dont take any offense as none was intended.
