Does the military actually say this, or is this from Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning? What is he a doctor of? What is her area of expertise?
I have shown you enough to make a man believe it's evil.

I have shown you enough to make a man believe it's evil.
I've read this thread and from what I've seen you provided a total of ONE link to an outside source, which was a pseudoscientific conspiracy theory site. The only other source you sited was the pro-conspiracy biased Jesse Ventura reality TV show.
So what you've provided would barely be enough to convince an obscenely gullible man that HAARP is evil. Unfortunately for you we here on ATS, for the most part, are not gullible.
We've show more than enough evidence, using actual links to the HAARP website among other sources, that HAARP is not a weapon. HAARP is a research station designed to beam high frequency signals into the ionosphere. That's all it does. It doesn't even have a lasting effect on the portion of the ionosphere that it heats let alone the ability to cause earthquakes or disasters.
Eh, I'm clearly preaching to the deaf on this one. You'll just stick your fingers in your ears and go on believing.edit on 16-10-2010 by Titen-Sxull because: (no reason given)

I am curious, and you sound like the right guy to ask!
What would be the effects on say existing weather patterns, say a hurricane, and you were able to do localized atmospheric heating, creating artificial fronts, as it were,,
Do you think it is possible given that scenario, that you could 'guide' a hurricane trajectory, by using localized atmospheric nudging?

Its literally impossible
There are thousands of variables that have to be altered, and HAARP has no chance controlling them. Heating the atmosphere doesnt actually create hurricanes anyway, its all about the temperature of the ocean. The OP obviously has no idea about even the most basic meteorology, and its quite obvious he has no clue about the most simple of concepts regarding hurricane development.
And as he admitted he doesnt even know how HAARP works.
Judging by the amount of flags you got OP, you've barely demonstrated anything that would suggest HAARP is a weather machine

You have already admitted that you don't know how HAARP works, and it's clear that you don't know how weather is produced. So, how can you claim you have provided conclusive proof of what HAARP can do when you don't even understand the science involved in what you claim? Anyone who has spent some time on this site knows the mechanics behind HAARP and considering that Oz is a meteorologist I'd say he has a pretty good grasp on the mechanics of weather, so I'd take his opinion more seriously than a conspiracy theory blog.

I watched the Jesse Ventura episode of Conspiracy Theory about HARRP.
The thing that scares me the most is the mind control implications of HARRP. If you can hit certain frequencies, it sounds like voices in your head. This would definetly influence you or drive you crazy.

You can't visit because it is a research facility. They can't get much work done if they are giving tours. As for the gates and guards, once again it is a scientific research facility. The technology they use is worth millions of dollars and very sensitive. They can't risk someone wandering onto their grounds and altering even one of the antennae in a minute way. It's the same reason why you can't just walk into CERN or FermiLab and just start wandering around and touching things. As for auroras, HAARP can produce them, but they are only visible with special equipment. The only disaster where strange lights have been reported are earthquakes and these have been reported long before HAARP existed.
HAARP will get its revenge on you non believers.
