I couldn't make out every word spoken but I followed the thing fairly well... To me, it looks like an interesting cloud formation with the sun providing the backdrop lighting. Does look like a huge pair of hands, but I doubt that it's anything more than just a freak of the local atmospheric conditions. Nice find, though. S&F for posting it, OP.

Uhhh ok so I have no idea what they're saying but I'm guessing they are saying that the boy took a photo of "gods hands parting the clouds".

Seems the kid is trying to pull a fast one:

That image is quite old. Has nothing todo with the recent UFO Sightings.

I remember seeing it over a year ago. And im not sure if it was de-bunked or not. But yeah, old picture.
