Yeah I swear the amount of coverage on the chilean miners is really ridiculously out of proportion. 1 hour ago on the cnn website, four out of five icon stories on the main page were for the miners.....

A report made from guards at the Indian Point Nuclear Plant would be one of the most dramatic. The gigantic UFO was seen hovering over the plant for periods of time, and moved as close as 30 feet from the reactor. I do remember sometime in the late 80's going to Indian Point to "interview" the guards about such a story. I was in my 20's at the time.

Needless to say, the one guard I did talk to at the gate said "I can't talk about it", when asked if there had been a UFO hovering over the plant.

Also, as I have been thinking about those sightings in the last year, it coincides with Whitley Striebers timeline of encounters as well as my own strange happenings.

At the time, I lived in brooklyn, and things were seen by my family at home during that time. Anyways, I concluded that there was a flight path the UFO took from where I lived, towards upstate NY.

Certain military groups try to do realistic drills by using real sites. It has happened where I work.

Others have mentioned the NORAD 'training' on 9/11.

And - The UK Train Bombings happened at the same time as 'training' for train bombing was happening.

1. Maybe an 'oops' moment that blacks out a very large portion of the US?
2. Accidental surge that blows out the grid?
3. radiation leak/breach (old reactors in need of massive $$$ for an upgrade - cheaper to ...)?
4. Radioactive cooling water into the Hudson (ala toxic heavy-metal red sludge into Danube)?
3&4 above - Maybe big money don't want to waste profit on maintenance or Environmental Protections?

I myself has been lurking for a long time, by lurking, one does not need to sign up as user. you can simply lurk unregistered, if you don't wanna contribute with anything but enjoy reading.

Ahmadinejad in Lebanon visiting border villages near Israel. Can imagine some psychopath thinking this is a good time for a false flag to blame Iran and then carpet bomb Lebanon & Hezbollah.

I've been involved in 'drills' before where the local people [people who worked at the Airport] were warned they might see / hear something that sounded like XYZ but it wasn't.

It really was just a drill but had to be realistic for training purposes hence the warnings.

It seems a lot of supposed 'drills' coincide with actual events. 9/11 which as already been mentioned and over here in the U.K there was a training exercise running whilst the 7/7 'bombings' took place. Although many of these drills happen day in day out the part about simulated gunfire raises eyebrows,worth keeping an eye on it.Good find.S+F.

I don't know that they would tell the people before hand if they planned to lie about the simulated gunfire. Wouldn't that tip someone off?

I guess this all went well as we arent hearing anything more about this? That is good news I suppose. Least something normal actually happened for a change
