See, the sad fact is, your belief will not see it any other way, no matter what evidence is there. Your mind is made up before you even view it. So, in a sense, you are just as bad as the believer who believes everything.

There are plenty of unexplained ufo cases, so, of course they could be ET, but they can be a number f things, we just don't know. If you have studied the subject, then you should know this.

Threads like these need to be written every few months, to get a few of you people in check. Thank you thread starter.

Regarding the Roswell crash, I definitely go for the claim of Lou Baldin alias "sleeper" here on ATS which he made in his marvelous book "In League with a UFO”.

And the reason for that is in my opinion quite simple; it sounds far of the most logic claim to me.
Can I proof it, no, but that count for all the other claims to?

Absence of proof is not proof of absence. Yes many people report sitings that can be explained as aircraft

but that does not make it a certainty that there are no unknown visitors.

and you believe what you just said because you WANT to believe that. Last time I looked, there are a TON of positive, well written threads here of people trying to understand what's going on. And there's more than just confused old people and lunies saying they see aliens. There are MODERN day air pilots and scientists, there are government officials and there are people like you and me who claim to have seen things. Yes they have no physical proof but their backgrounds are credible and they are NOT trying to make a buck from a book or being on tv. I respect your opinion/views that aliens haven't shown up here, I personally believe they have. There's a LOT of topics out there that are hard to believe but then again, there are a LOT of topics posted here on this board that make a lot of sense and that are very thought provoking. One of my younger brothers spent well over a decade in the military as well, seven years at the pentagon.

You have 0% chance of convincing me we have not been visited.

I would like to tell you or show you what I know, but in your current mode of acceptance and lack of receptiveness, I know that there is a very real possibility that it may cause psychological damage, as well as be detrimental to your intracellular communication systems and perhaps your perceived biological obligations.

If you can't see what is being said inbetween the lines, perhaps one day a little third grade remedial training will be in order for you, and then someone may just spell it out for you.

While I believe that many sightings, most abductions, and all crop circles are bunk, I still think a few cases really stand out as proof of visitation of something. Not even saying aliens.. but something that isn't ours (current humanity).

Roswell, your first point of attack, is imo, one of the most solid cases out there. That you dismiss it so readily proves you have not actually done any serious research of the event. Aside from Roswell, there have been a few other very key sightings which I think all conventional explanations for are laughable. As laughable as your matter-of-fact statement that aliens have never visited. You don't know.. you have no idea. You are guessing based on your un-researched biases.

Although I am inclined to believe that NO Aliens are or have visited us, I do
question your method of deduction.

Yes common sense is a vital part of any investigation but there also needs to be
some science behind the investigation.

Simply stating common sense tell you is of no use to us.

If you have more definable proof that would be great.

However, I suspect that the proof for and against Aliens is rather the same.

I agree with almost 99% of what you stated because I myself have spent decades saying the same thing and, like you, I've always been attacked by believers.

Where I disagree with you is images. Millions of films/photos/videos have been taken through the years and some show clear aerial objects that are called craft and that definitely prove that they are not constructed by humans. We have no idea if these aerial objects are craft or if they contain beings or if they are remotely operated objects. Even if they contain beings who may pilot these things, we have no idea where they come from or where they go when they are not visible.

We do not know anything about UFOs and their possible occupants. And not a single one has ever crashed since no irrefutable evidence has been provided by anyone on earth.

Please, by all means, feel free to stop by these threads and add your obviously superior knowledge of what has been taking place in our skies for the last 2000+ years. You seem to have the subject completely licked after dismissing the endless mounds of documentation, images, videos, eyewitness accounts etc... I and others would love to see you attempt to "debunk" these subjects.
