3 guess I got are, its the above light and a glitchy cam, or someone reflecting light with over exposer, last its a g-g-g-g-g-ghost.

No silly, that's just the Weird-Ghostly-Iphone-Video app.

I added it yesterday.

Just an animation by joke motion graphics artist. Don't even need to care about the technical details. It's really not worth the time deconstruction IMO.

User's name is TVmock2010 or something and if you look at their profile they make motion graphics and things as a hobby it seems: www.youtube.com.../u/42/f8m6UDEEEdA

Oh yes, I hadn't see the other graphic videos on the channel, it just seemed somehow quite authentic.

I dunno, i was intrigued by it.
First I thought it was a glitch or a trick of light.
But I trusted the ATS peeps to figure it out.
I have no experience with paranormal matters, or iphones
