EXCLUSIVE: Witnesses in Defense Dept. Report Suggest Cover-Up of 9/11 Findings

www.foxnews.com

A document obtained and witnesses interviewed by Fox News raise new questions over whether there was an effort by the Defense Department to cover up a pre-9/11 military intelligence program known as "Able Danger."

At least five witnesses questioned by the Defense Department's Inspector General told Fox News that their statements were distorted by investigators in the final IG's report -- or it left out key information, backing up assertions that lead hijacker Mohammed Atta was identified a year before 9/11.

So now more info is coming to light about the events that led up to 911. I think this will be an interesting story to follow, also ties in with that book that the department had a problem with recently. Let the truth be told is what I think. Even if it shows a serious flaw in the handling of the case before that day I'd rather hear the truth.

We know the 9/11 commission has publicly stated the administration and military officials were not truthful. We saw the hearing where Bush refused to go alone to be questioned about 9/11 and wanted Cheney with him and not under oath. I am glad more people are coming out saying the official version of events is most likely fabricated or is not the whole truth. Too many questions left unanswered and nobody wants to revisit the issues that is in government. The media backs up the lies and this leaves one wondering how deep the conspiracy goes.

This is indeed a good story to follow. I wonder how long these people were trying to get the truth out. Then I wonder why now.

Another example of why the OS is bogus.

Hopefully, one day, we will get a real investigation into the worst attack on US soil in 60 years.

There is far more evidence and questioning required to fine the truth but the majority of what there is points to the government being involved whether if it was just allowing the attacks to occur with knowledge or them being behind the planning.

Fox News, the DOD?

Come on. This is controlled opposition. Right now they are acting in good faith, but as we know the same DOD wants to start monitoring and blocking websites, 'certain websites'. They they start feeding People with the truth now, get them hooked and believing it, then make a move on alternative sites, and move to start pumping the lies to the public.

Thats how its going down.

Well exactly what in the media and the conversations from the government isn't controlled by someone? Surly everything has a purpose even the small details that trickle out from time to time.

I'm glad to see that this coming out, however I think it will do little to convince people that something is up and our government is lying to us. After all, those that believe the OS are basically throwing logic and reason out of the window. There is more than enough evidence to suggest that the government is lying to us and frankly, this is puny in comparison. If people believe that the government and their 9/11 Commission lackies are telling the truth with the magnitude of evidence (both circumstantial and factual), then they aren't likely to change their minds, even if a signed confession was to surface.

With that being said, I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't simply an effort by FOX News and Rupert Murdock to conjure up a little trust and maybe spread some disinformation before refuting it and claiming to debunk the whole truth movement based on this little piece of evidence. After all, that seems to be the strategy so far: Debunk the wild, crazy theories and then claim to have put the whole "truth" issue to bed, when those wild theories were probably spread by the disinformation agents in the first place.
