Question on evacuation.

Not sure if this is where to post this.If not please move to more appropriate location.
Anyway my question is ......if it was required to immediatly evacuate all of the troops from Iraq how would it be done, what would be required and how fast could it be accomplished.
I'm not up to speed on what is available equipment wise and how it is/would be deployed and ask here those who do for your insight.
