I was thinking the same thing but he has made it 20 years so far. I don't think I could ever trust an animal like that to be honest.

Wow

I guess you have to try and evaluate whether a croc has enough brain function to overcome it's instinct to see the man as food and realize that he is actually the one the feeds him.

It seems to be working out for him at the moment, but I wouldn't count on the Croc remembering his learned behaviour in a moment of stress or surprise.

haha its only really a matter of time before that thing wakes up in a bad mood and eats him.

All these people seem to be eaten or mauled eventually...look at steve irwin for example, not a croc but he was being cocky and had run out of luck.
The guy from that las vegas show was mauled by his tiger...these are wild animals...obviously lol this guy says 20 years but he could have said 40 or 30, who knows??
This guy will at the least lose a limb or 2 before he stops playing with this beast, i hope he sees sence and stops risking his life to amuse a few people.

So? You think if he keeps away from his crock friend he'll live forever?

He could put safety fist, say goodbye to crocky, and die of a bird dropping a coconut on his head tomorrow.

If you spend your life trying not to die you'll be wasting the opportunities that make life worth living.

Lions are very emotional creatures.

I'm not sure about crocs thou, maybe they are more logical, maybe he really is safe once he befriends one. Who knows, I don't know much about their brains haha.

no, to think anyone will live forever is just stupid

This guy is playing with fire...he will get burned one day.
Theres living life to the full and then theres just being stupid. Its like going round a serial killers house for dinner....you just wouldnt do it right?? Yea they may not kill you but they are killers none the less so chances are they are thinking about it.....and given the right circumstances they wouldnt think twice.

These animals havent survived for 65 million years by being stupid docile pets, there soul purpose is survival, if this croc sees any threat from this man he is toast....simple

This is unique, but it's a dangerous little game this man is playing.
It gives me the creeps.

I wonder if that croc would try to keep him safe if something else came along and tried to eat him.

Would be great to know how deep the "relationship" actually is

THAT is what a hyena looks like next to a large adult?
I've never seen a photo of a hyena next to a human before. I had always thought they were smaller and more goofy looking. I guess my mind has been rotted by Disney and Kimba the White Lion cartoons. Good grief they look like something out of the Crypto section of the forum. Give one of those things mange and voilà you've got one helluva Chupacabras.

Aww I think it's sweet. I doubt anything will happen...they've been together 20 years...I mean sure something could trigger the croc to turn on him, but it seems that this man understands crocodilian behavior better than most people do...and the croc may not be recognizing him as food because of the manner in which it has been raised.
