Caution Folks - There are drunk canadians in this video, Lots of swearing, but they have clear footage of something.

What I would like to know is if this is just a giant sea turtle balloon, why is it moving in a perfectly straight line and why is it moving so quickly accross the water. I've never heard of a balloon traversing 10 miles of open air in under 5 minutes.
