Im not sure how to post a podcast after the update. Where do I need to go?

Nevermind. I found the url to the uploader through google.

The podcast service may be phased out soon. There were less than 100 unique listeners in July, prior to the menu changes.

We're looking at spinning the podcasts off into the media portal for those members who still want to upload podcasts, and then working out how to provide an RSS feed for your podcast specific uploads.
