This thread speaks of the words and of everything that might be intercepted by signal intelligence project code named Echelon. A project that since 2001 intercepts communication from all over the world and feeds it to a computer system that filters out keywords. This technology is under direct control of NSA projects. European signal intelligence is retrieved and sent over via satellite link from England to the US. I think it is very important that everyone in here, wake up. . After taking a look at every single code word used, it is most assured that ATS is a constant source of signal intelligence for this project. In fact you are feeding the beast right now. (So am I… well…. what the heck…..)


On every page, every thread possible, everything correlates somehow to the sigint project ECHELON. I believe that they monitor this site and those like it, in a different way. But you can be sure that some of us have been flagged. You can be sure that they have tapped this source of underground information as the source of many rumors all over the world. A website of this much information, it’s a given.


And furthermore, it is divided by subject. I could not even imagine a better way of gathering intelligence information about all the subjects and matters, all around the world, in another place more structured then ATS. (Congrats to those who designed it because it kicks ass, even though it might be used in other ways)


Think about more than 5000 threads started daily. All the subjects divided by groups of interest, all of the users, or members, have profiles and say what they like and dislike. Cross-reference that with anything from face book or twitter, and you have GRADE A subject profiling without even having to dig for it. No effort needed. You fill in the form yourself.


Now I don’t even need to start with how many skeptics, debunkers, and such there are in here. It just seems there are more users in here that try and deflect the flow of information, then those writing the manifesto against the status quo. Because let’s face it, you are on a conspiracy site, because you think differently, and you are aware somehow that things are not always exactly how they seem. You are different from the get go just being here. Crazy or not?


And most of those in the business of deflecting information, will ask proof. Only maybe 4% really get to assimilate the whole information in here. Only about half of that can use that information to better understand themselves, and not even half a percent can make a difference about it in the real world. I can recognize that I am not part of any percentile mentioned above. I am just a “joe schmoe”. I am a “crazy conspiracy writer”. It amuses me to unravel things. But I have no real idea of how everything ties in together exactly. I see but a part of the picture. Some of you in here see it a lot clearer then I do.


But proof is not needed when you speak about conspiracy. Since a conspiracy is all about the fact that the truth smells fishy. Those things don’t add up. That curiosity is challenged. Something I will never be able to do in real life.


I mean seriously, even if I tried to explain it, that I believe in aliens, in a space race cover-up, in the Kennedy assassination being from within the bilderburg group. I mean seriously who cares about me and my opinions? And what am I going to change to the world? Not much anyone in real life believes anything else then what the idiot box is telling them. So don’t bother. But in here like minded people add to each other’s experience. That is why you will always have these people who will derail topics, ridicule people. Because chances are, that together we hold the answers. Divided we fall.


And to those of us that have higher hopes for humanity, get insulted and fight some unknown nickname on the web, that constantly tell you you’re an idiot for thinking differently. Then attack your nationality and such in ways to deter your efforts. And guess what, it almost works, every single time… They prevail because of Signal intelligence provided by the massive collection of information. This almost certainly affects your weaknesses and your strengths.


The 3 letter agencies look into everything. They are interested in keeping everything that is currently under wraps, the same way it has always been. So even though ATS might be a nice way to express yourself, it is in itself an undoing. It is your label, your piece of mind in a database for future reference. It is your personality and how you react.


But truth be told that ECHELON is not, I repeat NOT, the last line of defense. No in fact I believe this site and those like it (even though managed or not by people that do not have any direct funding or support by 3 letter agencies) are the last line of defense. And I believe that is why there are so many people discrediting everything remotely important. They are made aware instantaneously when something is to go wrong.


ECHELON systems must find and flag those threads that can cause a security leak and send people to discredit it. A Counter-intelligence project exists for matters such as this. And I mean just the fact that every single word of echelon pertains to ATS, you can be sure that counter intelligence also pertains to ATS. And I don’t care if you believe me or not. As I said this information is not for everyone. And you should choose for yourself what you believe to be true or not.


And all of you still arguing about UFO’S, Alien existence, and first contact, when they are, obviously, monitoring the flow of information on the subject. Do you think the “organizations” that support abductees, are really only to support abductees anymore? Many sources claim that intelligence agencies have a hand into funding those “organizations”. I mean why wouldn’t they? The United States Treaty TAU9 stipulates our involvement and our willingness to let citizens to be abducted. Read about it. The Stargate program is real and exists. They just happen to have a show on TV that has some of what happened explained.


The agencies and government do not care for you or your piece of mind. They are thinking about “their” greater good. And that doesn’t surprise me considering the government tested all the nuclear bombs against their own troops. They tested '___' against those fighting the war in Vietnam. They approved vaccines that were not even tested or even were safe for their own people. They occupy distant countries, wage war with the economy try and pit everyone against each other. Back the dollar on nothing and base their future on a military empire that can do nothing but destroy them. Trust me they want no peace. Peace is not good for the economy. Peace is not good in the long run for those who want power. For those who crave it. The Iron mountain report (even if it’s a dull read) explains why there will be no peace. You will believe there is peace and prosperity.


Now if you believe you are making a difference, then I respect that ideal. And I approve every single second of it. And I wish for you to continue on doing that. But please make sure you understand that the world of illusions that we once used to live in is gone forever. And we are most likely facing an empire that is taking over everything, and using propaganda to downplay what is happening. Even the HAARP project can be directed to control mood and it has been shown as being used in this way more than once. The proof is all around you take a second and look for it. You will find it.


Even on ATS the proof is right in front of you. Where you decide to place your faith in, is the battle for which the government agencies, are fighting right now, on this forum. And this is not paranoia. It’s simple common sense. Because on one side you have someone that’s hell bent on debunking everything, and on the other half you have people asking that the decorum be more civil. Anything to mix you up, confuse you, restrain your thoughts, and make you scared of saying anything that could be perceived as evil. (say no evil…..)


Now you tell me that it just so happens that every subject on ATS and every subject on GLP are all target words for Echelon surveillance. Why in the heck should we be continuing to use these keywords that send all of our thoughts to the ones that oppress, control and extort truth liberty, and freedom?

While I'm not attempting to down play or ridicule a well thought out and constructed thread, all of this information is already quite well known here on ATS.

As to why we continue to use the certain keywords we do; well it would be impossible to post more or less anything here on if we didn't! I'm not happy about the Government intercepting and reading what I type or discuss but there's not much I can do about it, surely if I didn't speak my thoughts on here then the TPTB would have won?

Anyone who read my internet history on my laptop who think I was a seriously disturbed individual If the Government want to think so then let them

Not sure where you get the idea that this began in 2001,friend-I was reading about this back in the early 1990s,same deal,same name "Eschelon,"same players involved...
Maybe it was just upgraded in 2001?

Thing is these days,so much data travels around the world in miliseconds your average network of NSA sumpercomputers would effectivley have to be able to mirror the capacity of the entire global internet in absolute real time(at the slowest)-otherwise stuff would backlog into such a huge amount of data in such a small time that no one would have the capacity to store,or analyse such an ever growing backlog.

So unless those secret government dudes have cracked quantum entanglement computing,I doubt they can do what it is rumoured Eschelon can do....
Who knows for sure though,their technology could be decades ahead of what the masses get to even hear about...

...just so you all are right up the top, key words are simple flags depending on repetitiveness, once an above average of key words (i choose the term trigger words) then that (thread/post/site and links) are followed through with the use of simple bots (robots). They intern will interact within that thread, yes that is right, they interact, engage within a particular site/thread but do not respond to private messages. Depending on the return data they are then categorized and if needed that individual is then bio metrically profiled and sent to particular sectors for further analysis. Obviously you will have no idea that you have been profiled.

However to filter out the billions, the triggers are now phrases, phrases in multilingual and repetitiveness. Leet talk is also tracked and filtered. So moving right along, there are particular sites on the net that have forums that are only uploaded at particular times of the day and the so called forums are purely comprised of pictures. These are the elite sites that no one acknowledges but are very real as you and I. Users usually piggy back connections to engage within those and their o.s.. systems are not what you would call registered operating systems. In short there are methods of sun blocking, but doing it constantly is considered an art to say the least.

I am no computer specialist, but since the internet is only a collection of hubs and switches communicating with each other, the only thing needed to obtain such a result, is being able to sniff communication in real time from the internet service providers themselves. That is not a very impressive feat. Supercomputers that can investigate such a flow of data is theoretically possible as well. Even by today’s standards.


Background checks into AT&T, can confirm, that NSA and CIA sniffers were introduced inside every major service provider in the United States right after 9/11. The terrorist attacks did in fact permit law makers to introduce new iterations to existing laws that permit these surveillance systems to be installed and used to spy on people. Now to what ends and how it used, well that’s something entirely different.


As for technology, after making a treaty with another race of beings, technology boomed. You might have noticed that the private sector contractors were also working on defense contracts at the time when the alien technology had been obtained. This technology was back-engineered from recovered crafts. IBM was one of those companies that had most prioritized from these secret projects back in the 1950’s.


Now to say that we can access thera-quads of system space… I’m not sure…. , but I know that laser technology, fiber optics, radar cloaking was all obtained after the 2nd world war after the treaty.
Now even though you might not believe me, the reason why they had to “fake” the terrorist attacks on September 11 is not very complicated. The truth was about to come out. A group initiative similar to the one that was heard today on CNN, and from the PRESS CLUB, had been heard in June of 2001.


This is all because the United States Government has an ugly secret it does not want you to know. This secret could destabilize society, science, religion, in a way that could never be repaired. And being very serious with the issue, it could either better mankind or completely destroy us. It was thought at the time that a secret treaty and a secret pact was the best way to move as it would give the U.S a tactical advantage over anyone and anything. Anything being the thing the U.S Government is most scared of.



It was then thought that the public be informed incrementally to make it possible for them to accept the truth. This truth is that we are not alone in the universe. Now reading this text and seeing it are two completely different experiences. I do not bring proof and I do not think that providing any proof would change anything into the matter, as I had previously said.


Now people on planet earth are not very reasonable. In all fairness the human race is nothing but a childish savage race (Q). No longer barbaric, but still; in need of enlightenment. We only work to better ourselves. We only do something if it can give us profit.

The U.S and other governments of the world had encountered a vile enemy and one that it could not simply throw off of its front lawn. The enemy quickly became uncontrollable and did not follow up on what it had promised. And we were stuck with an enemy that had total access to land, sea and air of our little planet.


Now there is a group of humans that were seeking to gain control from within of the political structure of the U.S at the time. And with this treaty, it was very easy for them to offer “assistance” and take “security” measures within the financial system, within the laws and within everything that could ever give anyone control.
Rockefellers, and all of those other 5 families in our day and age, control everything. They have total control over everything. And especially into the alien agenda. Their group had created an administration of sorts to take in all projects and matters concerning the alien contact and treaty.


This group still exists today, and still is in power. The bilderbergs have total control on the politics of every “free” nation. They decide together each an every year what will happen. And since there are people in there that no longer have the strings and attachments that real life brings, they are free to do and to think as they will. They are narcissists who believe in a world lot less populated. They want to bring the population down a bit again, and profit by it.


Now expect major events to come by in the next 2 years. The secret is just not containable forever and many people are feeling better about saying the truth then to live with the lie that they have become.
I am not saying that everyone with information about this is necessarily true, but it is important that you understand that a closed mind, is everything they expect from you. They deter you to think something else all the time.


Some people say that the underground government is most likely to be running everything. That the “elected officials” now only have “demonstrative powers”. Look closely because this is most likely the case.

From what you said,that keyword repetition is what is picked up upon,then ATS is defo fitting that category-I myself as one member have disscused many of the keywords,probably more than once(Aliens,terrorists,CIA,New world order,ETC etc..)...question is-are these systems "aware" enough to distinguish between those who wish to simply discuss such subjects,or those who are the real bad guys.


That must be the major headbanger for those who monitor such systems.
The internet and all its forums have really just made these guys/girls jobs alot harder I would have thought-so much more potential badass info to work through than the good ol cold war days of the analougue systems...

Its a tougher job nowadays I guess.

Those systems are fully aware and are able to distinguish from simple reply's to positive responses. That is a simple case of the functionality of the program. That is what its system relies on to handle the billions of so called possible threats.

I do feel that you understand that all this information is filtered and handled by various programs running in all known and very rare dialects. As for the forums, that is why i ever so gently touched the topic regarding sites that members only communicate through the use of images. How else do you think the evolution of captch found its way and adapted into internet security. Coincidence, i think not.

I would be more inclined to say that the flops are more of demand rather than the use of human beings.

There was a text I read a little while back, that warned us that if it ever got to be displaying or leaking the secret before it was intended to, that a war be used as distraction to circumvent the event. And that a nuclear weapon would most likely be detonated in a major city. This coming from a text I read that is more than 20 years old.
Now I do not know about you, but I am aware of a few nuclear missiles that went missing since their mass production. . The poster here : www.abovetopsecret.com... talks about it in detail. Operation Chrome Dome or something of the sort. Interesting that IFO’s have investigated such equipement and installations in the past.


Now something is happening on the inside right now. The ranks of the secret government are getting pressured and this is the reason I keep asking myself is… why? Why are there more and more people trying to bring forward the information. What is so important that it needs to come out sooner than later?


Something about the 2012 conspiracy is most likely true. In some sense something in that conspiracy might be of extreme importance. Thinking about how much money has been funneled since alternative 3 projects to build underground bunkers. Thinking about that 800 billion dollars that were funneled into the system and then disappeared. Or how’s about the drug money that the CIA “allows” certain “DEALERS” to control and trade. So much money going from and to these private banksters right back to the secret government. Why so much?


And don’t forget: If so many rich people are trying to find abandoned nuclear missile bunkers all over the place to build a condo’s there’s a reason for it. They won’t all of a sudden all shop for the same thing if it’s nothing they do not need. But they all seem to be building these underground bunkers all over the world. as for 2012, obviously the world wont end and alien disclosure will not happen unless a vehicle of unknown origin fails and crashes into a geographical location that does not have the infrastructure to conceal such an event. But yes, there is something at hand and i assume it might be something that others deem fantasy and others have been ridiculed for openly discussing it.

...i guess its far easier to conceal in plain view rather than attempting to hide it all, after all humans are so predictable, are they not ?
