Hi, Glad to be here

Was having a look around local spy base (Waihopai Valley, Blenheim, New Zealand) when I came across three strange circular markings(?), a small road through one of the circles led to this structure(?), which I at first took to be a masonic symbol, but looking closer there seems to be an Obelisk at the vertex instead of the 'Eye of Providence'. Scary Shiz. Any help appreciated, have a look for yourself, Google Earth 41*34'35.78"S 173*41'58.28"E elev of pic 459ft

What does the local spy base base do?

The markings may just be there as a means of ID'ing people that were there, or maybe just to keep you occupied. Sure its nothing official?
