Jesse Ventura Is Back In truTV's 'Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura'

tvbythenumbers.com

This season, CONSPIRACY THEORY WITH JESSE VENTURA will set out to examine such topics as the Kennedy assassination, the Plum Island Research Center off Long Island, a secret billionaire’s club with the power to manipulate markets, government internment camps and the granddaddy secret of them all, Area 51. Throughout his investigations, Ventura makes it his mission to ask questions and discover the truth, no matter where it leads. He is not about to take answers at face value without solid...

Thanks to ATS member Dragonsbreaths for sending me this in a PM.

I for one will definitely look forward to this series. In the one he did last year about the 9/11 attacks, I remember him revealing at the end that the hijackers had control of the planes on the tarmac, before they took off. That posed some problems for the official story. But they pretty much left it at that...

There was a great deal of criticism of the show last year, but I really enjoyed it, and I'm glad it's back.
My favorite show last season was the one on the Denver Airport. That was awesome.

IMO, it makes a mockery of conspiracy theorists, particularly those of plausible conspiracy theories. It just seems like the show turns the whole conspiracy idea into a novelty, instead of getting people to take the issue seriously. Jesse also doesn't seem to dig too hard or deep, nor present the most damning and undeniable evidence (which is often complicated) in whatever conspiracy theory he is addressing. I realize that TV shows like this are targeted at the mindless masses and they are simply trying to make money with ratings for advertisements, but still.

I like Jesse, but the show with all the fake stuff was just way too over the top.

Like when they pretended that HAARP was targeting their cameras and making them fuzz out... Come on.

The problem I have with the show, is if any person with an open mind watches it, it's going to turn MUCH more off them off than on to the topics.

Simply put, the show will not make a believer out of a non-believer, if anything it will give them more ammo to not believe!

I disagree; it got me interested in HAARP. I dunno about the "fake" interferance, but the rest was really interesting.

Jesse is seriously out for the truth...that is why he isn't in politics anymore...he was pushing for the government to release information about their dirt, ufos, ect.

I like his "in your face" approach but how many shows have there been now and how much more do we know than before??

Not much...I thinks the show is entertaining but low on revelations and smoking guns..

aww jeez semper, relegated to the TV forum?

This show deals with conspiracy theory, the very theme that ATS is all about. I demand an exception.

Put this back on the main board!

I agree! I think it should definitely at least be in the "General Conspiracies" Forum.

I've found this show to be amazing! It's very educational. I thought I knew quite a bit about all the conspiracies they've discussed and investigated, and each episode revealed a lot of information I knew nothing about! What bothers me about the show is that it just doesn't go far enough. They unveil all this information and then what? Just let it go? I'm really hoping that one day they come across powerful enough evidence that they are forced to be taken seriously.
