French authorities have evacuated a major Paris train station after a bomb alert that came just days after police warned that the country faces a serious threat of imminent terrorist attack.

news.ninemsn.com.au...

What is going on? We are continually warned about possible terrorist attacks until it becomes meaningless..

Is this what they want? For us to accept that we "will" be attacked?
And by who? The artice does not mention a culprit..

Not even a target..

The national police chief said last week he was concerned about two types of threat - an assassination bid on an important figure or a mass casualty attack on a crowded public area like a metro train or department store.

More fear pushed by the MSM for what purpose?

They definitely chose a train station that wouldn't be too much on the path of the tourist or business traveller - more the regional or local commuter as no international destinations are listed at that station.
After rereading the article, my opinion is that this was a concocted event to underscore the statements made last week in the French press. Maybe the French are concerned about a burka uprising or maybe they just want to keep the seniors off the streets protesting the increase in retirement age (to 62). Trying to understand the reasoning behind TPTB fear propaganda is fruitless - just recognize it when you see it and treat the information appropriately.

Goverments just want to keep us worried abou stuff like this and deflect interest from what is really happening..

Not unusual..

Well you know, if a threat has been made I would much rather be evacuated than to hang around on the off chance somebody is crying wolf.
Not a conspiracy, just doing their job.
