No, there is no difference. In fact, generic drugs are required by federal law to be isokinetic (having the same kinetic/pharmacologic profile) when
compared to the brand name version.
Some generics, however, use a different filler compound, so you may want to check with your doctor about that, just in case a certain sort of
formulation is contraindicated for your condition.
