Probably, if "they"/it/whatever are actually real. Maybe they view nuclear weapons as something that can cause some real damage on a cosmic scale? Even more so if they're further developed.

Biological weapons can be even more disastrous, but they may be harder to detect from the outside, who knows..

This story really impressed me since I heard it maybe five years ago.. we really must be insane to develop technology like that. Maybe it's an evolutionary (primitive) stage or something.

tbh i love how this has suddenly become a media story, when it was discussed at length two years ago on larry king, and the cases have been available through ufo research groups for decades, it truly is nothing new.
