How do we know its lake como in front of the mole hill.

Great idea Nephi1337 we might never have thought of that.

I spent a lot of time on a boat and I fully agree that the "motion" of the "objects" matches that of a rocking boat.

Also the way that the "objects" disappear and reappear are consistent with that of a light reflection.

Nice find and kudos to the OP but I believe it's all reflection. The rocking motion of the boat makes the reflected shore lights seem to float up and down - all of the objects. Either that or this video captured the largest light ship in history or a 4' fluorescent lamp.
