I believe it was purchased by a paranormal group and has been closed down to the public. Last I heard the commotion had pretty much ceased but I am not positive as I can't find the source where I read this.

damwel is correct, it is privately owned & closed to the public.

It's kind of like the civilian GroomLake. It has it's own security force and people share public advantage points for viewing.

Seems like an interesting place.

Yeah thats one fascinating place, got the book when it came out, even if its not all true thats some scary sh*t...
I used to use www.aliendave.com where i first heard about the place......havent looked for a while and not sure how often its updated......some other interesting stuff on there too

Just checked aliendave myself and it hasnt been updated since nov 09......anyone know why, as it seems the UtahUfoHunters do alot of investigating yet dont get it on there website

I agree about the book, its one of the most facinating I've ever read about anomalous phenomena.
