Awesome! thanks for posting this, i love magic tricks and illusion.
Id guess that they have some sort of support harness in the overcoats they are wearing, it looks like there could be something protruding from their sleeves attached to the post maybe...
However its done it is an impressive levitation, good find!

Just a metal bar running from the post through the sleeves of their jackets. Im not impressed.
Could probably do it myself if i could be bothered.

Mabey they are magnatised by use of magnetic clothing or strapping covering their bodies and the pole is also magnetic. Otherwise they would not stay stationary they would move all around true flying doesnt require you to stay in one position, but an attachment to a magnetic power source will.....

There's no reference as to when it came to an end! surely that would expose how its done,,I mean how did they get down from there an would they have to take off there Jackets just to walk away an therefore expose whats holding them up there...
