I will meditate everday, at 6pm OR 10 pm (depending upon my work load). Instead of using a mantra I will just try to clear my mind and try to just
"be" for 20 minutes. I'll report on my results weekly.
i forgot alllll about it. It was a good idea, but I have way to much on my plate right now. Work, school, stress, hell, etc. Maybe once the fall
starts. Oh well.
