I think John Tate is certainly credible. Furthermore, it has been heavily reported on, that at least 25% of the entire Pentagon budget goes
unaccounted for and this is continuous. Hopefully, we all know about the
$2.3 trillion dollars missing unaccounted for by the Pentagon that
was announced by Rumsfeld himself, one day before 9/11. Apparently, that was just the tip of the iceberg and 25 percent of all Pentagon spending is
completely unaccounted for.
On the face of it, 25 percent doesn't seem like that much, though when considering the magnitude of the Pentagon budget, $685.1 billion in 2010
alone, 25 percent winds up being an enormous sum that shouldn't be disappearing. Now, make no mistake about it, the missing money is not part of the
black-budget. That is something else entirely.
