Cause california short forms are really short.

103555. A short form of certification of birth registration that
shall contain only identification information may be issued by the
State Registrar, by the county recorder, or by any local registrar.

Doesnt even contain parents names, and afaik the Passport guys want to know those.

So, i really can't tell you why they would not accept these. Looks complete enough for me for a passport. It only says "county of birth" and doesnt show the city, thats the only reason I could think of.

Why go through all these steps to keep his long form BC secret? Why not give us a look-see? Put the whole thing to rest.

What exactly is the "whole thing" you wish to put to rest? His birth place? His parents? What? And then, what would you do with the information?

i don't care where he was born.

so what if he wasn't even born on earth. suppose he was born on the moon. americans put there flag there first, not a flag for earth.

americans act like they own the planet, military installations in well over a hundred nations. how many military installations from other nations are in america? who am i to disagree with america? fine, the planet is yours. congradulations, you win. so it doesn't matter where the american president was born. period. if we believe american ideologies.

you americans do not always make a lot of sense to others. just saying.

Just because you don't have the answer doesn't mean you can make one up. Do the research. Find out WHY CA requires the long form for people born in CA... There's probably a perfectly logical explanation, having nothing to do with the idea that the long one is somehow "more accurate', especially since all the info on the short form comes DIRECTLY from the long form.

Don't make up answers to the manufactured questions. That's what birthers do and I don't think you're a birther.

Probably not, but since this article is implying that the Obama "taught to be a communist and atheist" is now the president, I would like the poster to provide proof of him having studied in Russia.

Who cares if he spent 2 million or 2 dollars? Why would he hide the information in the first place? He is the president of the United States should we not have all the details of his past?

When you rise to a position with this much power I believe your past should be factored in. If this was Bush I would be saying the same exact thing. I dont like either party I think they are one in the same. All I want is information.

The source is from a major Kenyan newspaper, mind you though it was posted a year ago but it still is significant to this current birth certificate. But sure, we can argue that the folks at this newspaper are 'in on it', we can lump the entire Hawaiian government in on it. How about we just argue that everybody aside from birthers are in on the conspiracy, because this conspiracy requires such a level of involvement over such a long time period its not even funny. But birthers are willing to believe anything. They will believe mysterious men and women behind computer screens who have no credentials to show for, they will believe a mysterious modified article from the AP original, they will believe a random person with a random unauthenticated supposed Kenyan birth certificate, they will believe an unauthenticated audio tape that does not even admit to the claim. They refuse to believe the Hawaiian government, or Kenyan officials stating on the official record or even Republican politicians. They will lump Hillary and McCain in on the conspiracy to suit their views. As for the notion that the long form will put it all to rest? Birthers fail to explain to us how the long form will put the conspiracy to rest. Only that they want the president to listen to them and have him stop the world to cater to them. They have this highhorse mentality of theirs that the world must stop because they are unsatisfied. They just refuse to accept the constitutional process when it does not suit their agenda.

Thank goodness they have not gotten their way. 67 birther lawsuits later and nothing of it, aside from the $20000 fine slapped on Orly. Keep it up.
