and president maschadov as I heard said that chechen insurgents are prepared for a new offensive agains russians and since july will attack russian forces and russian state in all region and in deep russia.

because of stabilization in Iraq many "stream" of fighters and money could go back from iraq to chechenya.Russian will be in trouble.
