Explosion on Gulf of Mexico rig!!!!!!!!

An explosion has torn through an offshore oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico, west of the site of the blast in April that caused a huge oil spill.

The blast, which threw 13 people into the water, was reported by a commercial helicopter company about 0930 local time (1330 GMT).

Another one goes boom.

It leads me to think that this is not an accident, as will be claimed by the media and companies running the show.

I'll post my thoughts on this later, for now though, I'd like to hear what you all think.

I will also be watching this story closely, to see how it develops.
