3.3 - San Francisco bay area

Ok nothing to big but it bares watching to say the least, We all know that the "Big one" is due at any point within the next few years according to scientists..
Lets keep an eye and hopefully this is just a little stress being released.

Felt nothing in downtown SF. Anything under 6.0 is a tickle and an afterthought.

But it goes to say that it is prime earthquake weather in the bay today!

Let's hope no big one for awhile.

It seems odd to me though. I live in Southern California, and I just noticed on the USGS map, that their has not been any activity around here and Mexico.

No red squares, all yellow and blue. And there is always aftershocks going on down here. Wonder if the energy could be traveling upwards.

I decided to stop lurking and comment for once

But I felt nothing here in Berkeley

It was centered around the San Pablo/ Richmond area
