Free Energy/Correa/Patents 5,416,391 5,502,354 5,449,989

Doing some research on alternative energy sources and happened upon this rather strange patent... basically a "free energy" machine... searched ATS for this topic but can't seem to find anything. This P.A.G.D. reactor ( Pulsed Abnormal Glow Discharge) is basically a fully functioning and patented free energy machine. From what I can discern it basically creates a build up of a negative energy charge using a smaller input than what can be gained ... essentially free energy...
Now the first thing i thought was B.S., but upon looking this guy holds at least three patents involving this PAGD reactor ---
5,502,354 Direct current energized pulse generator utilizing autogenous cyclical pulsed abnormal glow discharges
5,449,989 Energy conversion system
5,416,391 Electromechanical transduction of plasma pulses

all three of these were issued in the 1990's

So basically we have free energy ... why in the name of all that is holy arent we making use of it???
