After learning that the US can't account for 87% of AlQaeda funding and 60% of money given to Saudi Arabia, I am wondering if the Saudis are redirecting their foriegn funding to terrorists?

So America is at fault because Saudi Arabia (you claim) funded Al Qaeda? I fail to see the connection.
