Trip to Mars could leave crew 'dangerously weak'

It seams this is a way to simulate gravity well in space? To me it shouldnt be that hard to do though I am no scientist and will have to look into it more after this post or tomorrow. We can simulate not having gravity. Can you not just reverse the function in order to have gravity.

There is a ride at the fair. It spins and sucks you to the wall. You take this somehow adjust it to fit in a space ship etc. Once in space you activate it. This should cause gravity to form? I don't know I will go over the thing you posted maybe its exactly what I am describing.
