Might as well post the reply here as I did on the other thread

There is a reason why some laws are enacted...pyrotechnics in a crowded bar has proven not to be a great thing

they wont get 45 years, but I would bet once this legal mess is over, they wont be doing the fire act again.

incidently, 100 people died in that fire.

Breathing fire and pyrotechnics are two different things...

You've got to be kidding right?

I would hope the bartenders plan to take this to trial.

All it would take is one person on a jury with a mind to say BS and the bartenders would win.

For the love of GOD I hope they shoot the idiots charging them! Their authority is null and void, I wouldn't even show up to court. I swear this insanity will not end until people say enough and start cutting the claws from this wretched beast of a system. Tear the machine apart when it clearly presents itself like this.

Must you turn everything into a drug realted discussion?

I hope that you are being sarcastic, as I did't relate this topic to drugs, nor do I hardly ever. Did you maybe reply to the wrong person or did you not comprehend what was said?

Another dumbass move from the government. They need to realize America isn't - so far - a nanny state, and they need to shut the hell up and mind their own business. That goes, especially, for the cops, who have a real job to do instead of mess with people who're trying to have fun and enjoy themselves.

you look fried
lol
heh heh, good rant
I think that says it well.
The bartenders will appreciate the passion. I'm sure
The bar owner should be there for them with Lawyers who, hopefully will get the job done.
