Why are we making this change?
This change positions Aetna for the future so we can effectively handle upcoming changes resulting from healthcare reform. New federal rules require guaranteed issue (GI) of coverage for individuals under the age of 19 and no corresponding coverage requirement. These conditions have the potential to significantly increase the cost of premiums and make coverage unaffordable.Insurers are prohibited from excluding pre-existing medical conditions (except in grandfathered individual health insurance plans) for children under the age of 19.[41][42]

Sad that the companies can see this coming but our great president and BOARD CANNOT !!!

THESE CONDITIONS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE THE COST OF COVERAGE.

So the insurance companies are not going to even offer the coverage they are going to let the Government just take that Chunk of RIsk ... hahahah ... ( "THE PEOPLE") ...
Or should I say .... the "WORKING" people. So sad.

This was recently sent out to Insurance Agents across America ... And a few months ago .. Blue Cross Blue Shield sent out the same Memo ... Hmm .. I wonder if they are seeing something that is going to take place here ... Hmmmm ... DUHHHHH !!!!!! Wake up IDIOTS !!! Who voted or who did not vote.
