Russian Scholar Warns Of 'Secret' U.S. Climate Change Weapon

This is very interesting...Probably just a frustrated statement, after the summer they've had in Russia, but still interesting..

As Muscovites suffer record high temperatures this summer, a Russian political scientist has claimed the United States may be using climate-change weapons to alter the temperatures and crop yields of Russia and other Central Asian countries.

In a recent article, Andrei Areshev, deputy director of the Strategic Culture Foundation, wrote, "At the moment, climate weapons may be reaching their target capacity and may be used to provoke droughts, erase crops, and induce various anomalous phenomena in certain countries."

This guy goes on to mention HAARP & the X37-B Spacecraft as components of the "climate change weapon program."

Hmmmm. I have been thinking the same since temperature started rising in Southern Russia, and flooding was occuring in Pakistan and China.

Also, it's notable to see the Gulf of Mexico is awfully quiet, with only Tropical Storms. Isn't it weird?

All the water is being dumped on Mexico. Reservoirs are filled above capacity.

The US does war and controls countries by modifying weather.

If you want to look into this [proper weather modification] research scalar electromagnetics. Russians are crying wolf though, they've been up to it for decades. HAARP is the public fall guy for scalar weaponry.

I guess anything is possible...It's not as if the US would publicize its ability to change localized weather conditions, if it did in fact have the ability to do so.
