The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday agreed to keep same-sex marriages on hold until at least December.

In a brief order, a three-judge panel agreed to an expedited review of U.S. District Judge Vaughn R. Walker's Aug. 4 ruling that overturned Proposition 8 as a violation of the federal Constitution.

looks like gay marriage has been put on hold till december.
funny thing is, i could probably name which posters will be happy, and which will not.
my personal opinion, bummer. there are many couples i think deserve to be happy.
i look forward to the day america truly has freedom to be, no matter what race, color, creed or sexual preference.

i couldn't find this anywhere, so if i missed it please delete.

This is the first I've seen of it. I think it's outrageous that we can tolerate the banning of certain people marrying others for four months. I mean that's four months- do you know how long it is? How would you like it if someone told you that you couldn't marry your girlfriend for 4 months because of a court order?
