Did Obama Really Swim in the Gulf? Maybe NOT!

If he was really at Alligator Point, then the Bay flows out into the Ocean, and therefore it would be clean and clear of the Gulf's problems. Other bays and the Intracoastal waterway would have to be evaluated case by case, but I know at Alligator Point that the water is flowing out into the Gulf and pushing contaminants away.
