2020 Neural Chip Implant. Fact or Fiction?

All of these threads as well as others I've been doing have parts to do towards the implementation of the "biochip", the corporations Verichip and Digital Angel are a part of it, Verichip is now in the process of closing its doors, but both Verichip and Digital Angel have the same exact corporate addres in Delray Beach, Florida.

Both companies are sub-companies of IBM as well.

Regardless of any opposition the "chip" is here to saty....
If it is indeed possible to influence the brain with any sort of implant, then you can be guaranteed it will be done...To what extent it goes on depends on you......
It is already pretty obvious that most people have no idea what is and is not possible with this technology.
Mind control is in its adolescence as we spek.
Since the sixties, there have been many patents applied for and granted in this direction...It is about time for smething really stupendous to enter the picture pubicly by now.....

A device that monitors a persons thoughts and what they see and hear is a frightening thought, and a horrific invasion of a human beings right to privacy.
Weather such a device exists or not is not the point.
If you can convince someone that it exists, and they have been implanted with one, the result can be just as effective.
I say this from personal experience, as for a long period of time I was convinced of this myself. In some ways I am still at times of the opinion it could be the case.
I became convinced of this during 2002 when I began to realise things had changed for me ever since undergoing general anesthetic for surgery in a hospital in California, in the months following 9/11.
Due to certain physiological symtptoms (eg an odd sensation "inside" my head that I could feel as well as hear) I came to the conclusion rightly or wrongly that something had been done to me. I also lost the ability to concentrate for any period of time, without becoming really tired and losing interest.

As I went over things in my mind about my life leading up to that point, I realized I was probably under surveillance prior to that surgery due to a series of coincidental factors that could have made me a possible "person of interest". This is one of the reasons I don't buy into the "9/11 inside job" theory. I don't accept the official story either, but that's a topic for another time.

My point is that my life has been significantly altered by the effect this possibility has had on me. I have chosen to abandon career options because I did not want to risk exposing employers to scrutiny they would not otherwise be exposed to - I did not have a clear idea who might have been behind it.

So this document may be fake. I found it years later and it sent a chill up my spine.
In the end it doesn't matter as the sort of people who might do this sort of thing don't make apologies, don't admit it, and certainly don't undo what they have done.

Bumping an old thread, and a nod to a very old technology. Surely we know this by now? But I am bumping the thread because I think any newbies who question the tech need to know it is very real, very present, and been around quite some time, and all that entails as to what it means to humanity, and what it may be making of us.
Worth another read, and another look, and more investigation. Even if there is nothing we can do about it, knowing about it, surely, will make some difference, especially in light of current events, suspicions surrounding them and why that may be so....

Hot Chips At the Hot Chips symposium in Silicon Valley on Monday, IBM and Intel each revealed a few more details about some upcoming processors of theirs.

From Big Blue, an addition to the Power9 family, dubbed a "bandwidth beast," and from Chipzilla, a Nervana neural-network processor code-named Spring Crest.

Jim Keith thought there was some validity to the "confidential" letter that made it's rounds back in 96'97, he wrote about it in his book Mind Control, World Control.


He stumbled across Colorado Judicial Branch's Project Vision 2020: Colorado Courts of the Future, which spoke about many plans for the future, including future control of human behaviour though implanted chips.
