Because when liberals do something stupid to contaminate themselves, liberals always ask the taxpayer to pay for their hospitalization.

Dang. It costs us all money to have a Big Brother government agency tell you not to swallow poison. That should come under common sense.

So, if I came up with a product in this case we will call it libaway, a fast acting neurotoxin, and marketed it to conservatives, telling them that "one drink of this will keep those dang liberals away forever". It would be the consumers fault for using it?

OR would it be my fault for marketing neurotoxin as something it's not?
