against Domestic Enemies?

After the Revolution, create a new US Agency
entitled "Guardians of the Constitution" or GOC.
A 50 member panel with equal voting rights
1 vote per state. This agency's job is to protect
the breaking of the constitution by Exec Branch,
Legis Branch, Judicial Branch, Wall Street
and Banks. They operate outside of the chain
of command and do not report
to the President or Congress. They report to
the people. If a Congressman tries to
start a bill in congress which threatens the constitution
then he is tried in a private tribunal and if found guilty
of treason, then he is executed and his seat is
replaced with a new candidate by election.
If a SC Judge rules in favor of a case outside
of constitutional law, then he is tried as a traitor
and replaced by election.
This GOC's power can supersede Presidential
National Security Immunity and can try anybody
for their crimes and can even try treasonous Presidents.
Members of the GOC are elected to 1 yr terms
by public vote from the state they represent.
No electoral college BS. Funding for this agency
will come from portions of the former CIA budget
once the CIA is dissolved.

The constitution has some good things and some outdated things, and congress and government are people who don't want to lose there jobs. So ultimately they are like everybody else, in it for themselves and there families, therefore predictable and controllable. What is the biggest american fear "they took our jobs." From the lowest paying job to the biggest, like being the head of a corporation. Things will go on as they always go on, just bearably. Government is illusion same as war, conditioning into lifestyles has more to do with it then anything else. There is no right or wrong just people looking to get paid.

i think upon closer review, aside from the linear thinking point of view, we may learn that there are two laws that negate every other law, or in some cases, more laws which negate a law, from certain viewpoints.

i base my opinion on the evidence i can gather, and the experiences i have had in life, and those whom have shared truisms with me that i learn from.

So far we don't, at all.

I don't agree with all the talk about executing people. They are attempting to please there constituents with popular legislation or to appease there corporate sponsors. Much of this is unconstitutional such as the drug laws and the lists laws [sex offenders and terrorists watch lists and nofly lists] not to mention the IRS and almost all the alphabet agencies. The list of things we consider common with our government that is unconstitutional is huge.

I think reform could work.

Every elected member of congress should be required to take constitution classes as most don't seem to have a clue to what the constitution is. These classes should be completed before they are allowed to vote of to propose any legislation. Before any legislation gets voted on it should be reviewed by a constitution committee and should be approved by this committee.

Also I think the supreme court justices should be by national election every four years. Its ridiculous when you look at the history of the supreme court decisions and there failure to uphold "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" by not following the constitution ex: Dred Scott decision and its recent rulings siding with government and/or corporations and not for the people. These people with life time appointments are a threat to our liberties and always have been.

Lobbyist and special interests should also be made illegal.

Like boon doc saint mentioned I would support a group that would analyze all laws of our country every ten years to determine need and constitutional viability.

exactly how the constitution is protected is left up to some measure of our own imaginations, but the National Treasure movie did a good job of introducing some of the measures, i think.

Maybe, maybe not.

When they first introduced electronic voting machines where I live they had a paper trail. Now the local election commision says they had to remove the paper rolls from the machines cause the paper jams up. A friend that voluenteered to work the polls the last election said they would jam a paper clip in the machine to trick it into operating since it did not have a paper roll in it.

I've tried so many times on this site to give court precedent, law and what I have gotten from interviews with experts on why exactly you are wrong, but it never ever seems to stick with anyone!

Why? Because you people want this to be true, no matter how many of you get thrown in jail for tax evasion, or contempt of court; no matter how many times you have it explained to you it just keeps going and going. What on earth makes this idea so damned seductive that it has caused people to completely disregard reality in support of it?
