Updated Chart Shows Obamacare's Bewildering Complexity

I cannot read this chart, and the link came back saying The file is damaged and could not be repaired.
If anyone has a way to enlarge this chart please do so and post it here. It lets you enlarge it a little, but not enough.

I find it very disturbing that 159 new federal programs are on there and it is going to vastly affect everyone and destroy doctor-patient relationships.

I think I would like an explanation on how it kills the docotr-patient relationship before I believe it. Critics keep making this statement but they are not really explaining it. The chart doesnt really say much either. It just lists all these variables and draws lines to them. It does not explain much.

Maybe the explanation is in the barely legible smaller print? I second the call for a higher res chart so we can actually read it.
