i dont know what to say of this,some say it is a strange cloud but i dont believe it cos there is a website which is i m forgetting to remember the http in that website certain people make a photograpic experiment in europe
to a certain of cloud.what they have found is very outstanding it is something inside the cloud like
it is make to camoflage.so the cloud is it isnt a real cloud
anyway but somesort of a GIANT BLIMP i believe there is two type of it one is like the ZEPPELIN the second like what i m seeing here.so i m thinking they are using
the electrocromatic skin together with some ejected thousand of small vapour of water to create a cloud in the hight alltitude
