When I shut my eyes I'm raptured by your face
Supple and soft like fluttering doves of grace
Like a frosty winter morn by the fire so warm
You linger in mind and with my thoughts swarm

Resplendent and sweet you intoxicate me
Like bliss cascading onto sands of infinity
May circumstance steer our fates crystal clear
May the gods shine upon you to suffer no tears

I pray the ambient glow that silhouettes you
Never gets shattered or torn into two
Let the gods turn their eyes to the sincerest of men
Bless this angel with love lest she lose her bright grin

While the sky bleeds above, its myriads of tints
The sun recedes slowly leaving only a hint
So stay with me hidden in this shadowy joy
Until morning arrives, every moment enjoyed

Unravel the drapes of nightly landscapes
Let me hold you in the valley of glimmering lakes
Return my soft kiss near the mountain of dreams
As I caress your soft neck next to fates placid streams

Capture my gaze among the forested scent
Open your heart on our brilliant ascent
Join with me lovely in soft moonlight shine
To kiss and to touch, to enter loves shrine
